Route description

A repeat of this very popular mid-summer walk. An easy, fairly flat, walk from Badminton across the landing strip to the Seven Mile Plantation. Then across the fields to walk around Little Badminton returning via the path through the Badminton Park Estate to Badminton village.

We meet at the junction of The Limes and High Street in the village of Badminton.

  • Please wear weather-appropriate footwear and clothing for walking; maybe a spare jumper and/or waterproof
  • Please bring a drink and a snack
  • The day before a walk, please check to ensure it is still running – and for any exceptional weather forecasts / warnings
  • All walk leaders are appropriately trained and have basic first-aid skills
  • Assistance dogs (on short leads) are welcome
  • Guided walks with the Wardens are free, but we welcome donations to help us sustain our work across the Cotswolds National Landscape.
