Route description

Join us for an undulating circular walk through meadows and bluebell woods, seeing a variety of spring flowers.  We pass a recently cleared sheep wash and Prescott Hill Climb, with lovely views over the surrounding countryside.

There is an opportunity for refreshments and toilets at the end of the walk at Cleeve Hill Golf Clubhouse.

 

  • Please bring a drink, a snack, and sunscreen.  We are planning two short stops
  • Please wear weather-appropriate footwear and clothing for walking
  • The day before a walk, please check to ensure it is still running – and for any exceptional weather forecasts / warnings
  • All walk leaders are appropriately trained and have basic first-aid skills
  • Assistance dogs (on short leads) are welcome
  • Guided walks with the Wardens are free, but we welcome donations to help us sustain our work across the Cotswolds National Landscape.
