Route description

From outside the cafe in Sherston we will leave the village via lanes and take paths across fields to reach the Fosse Way. The Fosse affords us a straight and level walking route to the river at Easton Grey where we can explore the twists and turns of the river, weir and sluice gates. We can also view the site of the Roman settlement. Following the route of the river we will return to Sherston.
