Sanderson Miller and the Red Horse

This walk in the lesser known part of the Cotswolds offers fabulous views as well as the opportunity to learn more about the architect Sanderson Miller.

Edge Hill, noted for the indecisive first battle of the English Civil War, is now a tranquil corner of Warwickshire with a deserted village, wildlife meadows, quirky architecture, a missing Red Horse and a pub drink stop en route.

After the walk enjoy the café at Upton House which offers a good choice of food. The house and gardens are well worth exploring too.

PLEASE NOTE – This walk has to be booked through the National Trust by calling 0344 249 1895 or nteventquery@capita.co.uk
