Bluebell Woods and Stunning Views – the best of Spring Whichford way

A walk offering great views, bluebell woods and history. Start and finish in the attractive village of Whichford. The route is over varied terrain with some ascents and descents. The steepish sections are rewarded with stunning views.

Please bring a drink and a snack to consume en route. Arrive back in Whichford for a latish lunch at The Straw Kitchen, Whichford Pottery or just a short drive away the Cotswold Distillery serves food. Alternatively bring a picnic to enjoy on the green.


This walk is organised by Cotswold Voluntary Wardens, the voluntary arm of the Cotswolds Conservation Board. These walks offer an interesting and often entertaining way of exploring our wonderful Cotswold countryside and landscape. All walks by the Voluntary Wardens are FREE OF CHARGE however donations are welcome and help us to take care of the countryside.

PLEASE: always remember to wear appropriate footwear because some walks may be steep and muddy in places. Dogs are not allowed on walks, except guide dogs and hearing dogs. It is advisable to check the website or call the Cotswolds Conservation Board (07841 663607) beforehand for details of any changes, particularly during bad weather.
